Peter Graves Growth & Investment was founded by Peter Graves. We exist to invest in great businesses, supporting the owners to grow, exit, and achieve their business goals.

Pete has a long history in business, having built up his own successful Digital Agency, worked in Corporate Ecommerce, IT and Digital Marketing, and you might know he ran his own Grand Prix and Superbike Racing team in his younger days.
But as any sports person knows, you also have to think about the long term, and with that in mind he has been an avid investor in property and business for many years. Investment now takes his full focus and we’re looking to add to grow our portfolio of companies with involvement in new high quality businesses.
Because Pete built up so much expertise in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce, it is natural that we look for opportunities to add value to our business using those important channels that so many older businesses have yet to master. At the same time we’re always conscious that strong fundamentals are at the heart of a healthy business and we’re focused on getting all aspects of a business into excellent condition in order to maximise shareholder value.
Hi there! I’m focused on being involved with strong healthy businesses, and working with the owners to help them achieve their business and life goals. Some owners want to grow, some want a better lifestyle, and some want to exit. All these approaches are valid because its your business and your goals. We’d love to work with you to get there.

My History
My own history in business is nothing if not diverse. I was “meant” to go to University (Mechanical Engineering at Liverpool) but instead followed the dream of becoming a Motorcycle racer.
In a chequered 15 years of motorcycle racing I managed to:
- Survive, which is sadly more than can be said about some of my friends.
- Finish 5th in the European Supersport Championship.
- Win British Championship races in the 1000cc Powerbike and Sports Production classes.
- Podium in the World Endurance Championship 24 hours at Spa Francorchamps.
- Spent one year racing a Harris Yamaha YZR500 in the 500cc Grand Prix World Championship.
- Build a professional team which led the way in terms of attracting sponsors and professionalism to the sport.
- Created and managed teams with sponsorship from Cadbury’s (Boost), British Telecom, Long Wave Radio Atlantic 252, Yamaha, Dunlop, and a brilliant consortium of trade sponsors, friends and smaller companies.

Like most business owners I know what its like to relentlessly chase a dream. Some might consider mine was crazy, but it challenged me relentlessly, and made me learn skills and grow in ways that I never anticipated when I began. I have tried to bring all this to bear in my business career, and believe that those instincts to excel, build a great team around me, and do the best that I can, will be an asset to your business too.
